one down…one to go

Jonathan is fine from his surgery, and he’s home and complaining about how inefficient the ice bag is. Yeah. He got a space-age ice bag from the nurse, and he has checked it out and declared that it is insulated and therefore inefficient. I dunno about that. It strapped to his knee and he slept all night without a peep.

Of course, maybe it was the percacet. Ha!

I suppose I could post a picture when I get back from class this afternoon. Thanks for your calls and prayers.

  1. Awaiting the “one to go” news – perhaps I assumed wrongly from the title but thought another procedure was in the plans. Hope the “one down” is now up and going without pain and Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. He should be alert by now and doing well, no drugs effects I hope. Here comes my “descarga”.

So….. big boy please slow down ! Who do you think you are Spider Man ?

    Love,

  3. He fell off the stage and into the orchestra pit during a set strike for a musical. The nurses thought he played football–he had to reveal he is a giant nerdlinger (to use a Linda-ism).

Kind of like the time he broke his ankle during wrestling season. It happened at a math competition. Doctor couldn’t help asking him if some trigonometry tripped him up.
