No technologies (how many can you count in this picture?) except my trusty pen and a scrap or two of paper.
So of course, we did what any normal people would do. We played dominoes by candlelight.

Clever guy…I used my laptop right up until the battery died. I posted when the power came on 🙂
A tree down the block snapped off a power line. Luckily we only sat in the dark for a few hours. Hardly roughing it considering what some folks are going through.
We did all shout, “The Mayans were right!” for about a minute, then we lit some candles and moved on….
